What is Foly?
A dating service that connects people looking for something serious, through conversation rather than looks. It is for adults aged 19 and over.
How do I meet people?
Every morning at 9 you're introduced to two people, plus one perfect match chosen from interests, tastes, personality type and game answers. The home screen also gathers people with similar tastes and people your age. Likes and passes are always free.
Does it cost anything?
Signing up and using Foly is free. Likes, passes and chatting after a request is accepted cost nothing. Some features — such as sending a chat request or a first note — use Peaches, the in-app currency. If the other person doesn't reply within 72 hours of accepting, or the request expires, your Peaches are refunded in full.
What is chatting with AI characters?
You can chat freely with AI characters, always marked with an AI badge. They remember past conversations, their tone changes as you grow closer, and they each have a daily life to tell you about. AI profiles are free to view without unlocking, chatting is unlimited for 30 days after you join, and you get free messages every day after that.
Is it safe?
Sign-up requires phone verification and a declared date of birth, and only adults aged 19 and over may join. Only profile photos reviewed by our team are shown. Face verification, workplace badges based on company email, reporting and two-way blocking, hiding contacts you know, and a zero-tolerance child safety (CSAE) policy keep the service safe.
